What happens when my trial ends?
Your workspace switches to Free unless you add a card. No data is deleted; Pro-only modules just stop loading until you upgrade.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Yes. Switching to yearly applies the 17% discount immediately and prorates remaining monthly time.
Do AI Agent runs cost extra?
On all paid plans, you bring your own LLM keys with supported providers. We never markup model costs. Enterprise gets unlimited managed runs.
What counts as a seat?
Each invited user with a login. Bots and read-only viewers are free.
